2. Eligibility & Account Registration

Age Requirement

Only individuals aged 21 or above may register and play on this platform. Account creation by minors is strictly prohibited. If it is proven that a user is below the required age, their account will be closed immediately and all transactions will be cancelled.

One Account Policy

Each person may create only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, all accounts will be closed and bonuses will be cancelled. Operating multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method will be treated as a violation of this policy.

Information Provided at Registration

You must provide accurate and truthful information when creating an account. 378bd reserves the right to close any account if false information is provided. If any of your details change, notify the support team immediately.

3. Account Verification & Security

Identity Verification (KYC)

Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank, and is just as easy to use as bKash, Nagad, and Upay.

Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.

• Your account verification must be complete before a withdrawal can be made.
• The withdrawal method must generally match the deposit method.
• The wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn (see Section 5 for details).

Transaction Responsibility

Welcome Bonus

Wagering Requirement

A specified amount must be wagered before bonus funds can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined deposit and bonus.

General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer may have a specific expiry period. Unused bonuses will be cancelled after expiry.
• Any attempt to use the same bonus across multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed.

378bd's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. By playing regularly, you can advance to higher tiers and enjoy weekly cashback — starting from a maximum of 0.2% at Bronze up to a maximum of 1.0% weekly cashback at the Diamond tier.

6. Gaming Rules & Fair Play

378bd ensures a fair and transparent gaming environment for all users. The following rules apply to all games.

Game Results

Disconnection Policy

8. Account Suspension & Closure

378bd's Authority

378bd reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Detection of fraudulent, illegal, or suspicious activity.
• Failure to provide identity verification documents.
• Evidence of operating multiple accounts.
• Evidence of misuse of the bonus system.

Account Closure at the User's Request

If you wish to close your account yourself, please contact the support team. If all applicable wagering requirements have been met before closure, the available funds can be withdrawn.
